It was an interesting read. I liked the relationship and how when confronted with the truth, both of them couldn't resist the pull.
What happens when you quit your job because your boss is too hot for you, and then he tricks you into one last weekend work trip? Find out in Frisky Business, it's a great guilty pleasure read featuring light BDSM, a sexy boss, and lots of chemistry.
Claire is the personal assistant to Lucius at Bad Boy Magazine and is quitting because she can't seem to stop her body and heart to constrict for the bad boy player... But is he really? Now after giving her notice to leave he begs her to do one last photo shoot and it's at a hotel restort that is dedicated in BDSM. And to top that he wants her to dress the part, not because she is a model but because it makes the establishment comfort. Before going to the meeting she stops at a store to get stuff and sees a collar that matches her outfit, it is teal with black and with knowing showing of great favoritism from Dom to Sub. While on the way to the room for the shoot she gets lost and ends up in an auction for Subs...great...now what?
Lucius is the billionaire owner of Bad Boy Magazine and he has had the hots for his assistant for two years and now she is leaving. Or she thinks she is...He sets up a photo shoot and will not take no for an answer from his Claire and he wants her to dress the part. While waiting he finds out that she was in the sub auction and went to save her. He did and before letting her off the hook of taking her as a sub since he did pay ALOT of money to get her.. But the thing is he dressed up and hiding who he was so she didn't know it was him.. He see interest and decides to test her this way. Everything is moving beautifully until the are about to do the act and she stops everything because she knows in her heart that it Lucius she wants and not this stranger, and tells him soo. He surprises her as well. What is to come of them? Will she tell him of her past experience with BDSM and is it ugly?
This book is a hot read. I very much enjoyed it. The short story at the end was pretty hot too!
